Sr6.0 & Voice Driver

dear team support,

I installed new dialogic card & follow instructions for that & install SR6.0 but I found that no voice drive inclouded in SR6.0 or some thing wrong & when I oppened Voice guide wizard , I didn't find dialogic card with my modem to attached with script of voice guide( voice guide didn't see dialogic card as voice guide see modem )... I attached some pic to clarify my problem

please, help me

You need to use VoiceGuide for Dialogic.

 

VoiceGuide for Dialogic does not use TAPI/Wave drivers that looks like you are trying to setup.
